A rooftop deck, complete with a hot tub and direct access from the family’s bedroom level, offers a private retreat and the perfect spot for relaxing. In the basement, a custom-built bookcase opens to reveal a hidden speakeasy—a moody, intimate space designed to showcase the owner’s curated whiskey collection.
