park hill addition

This 1600 square foot ranch home was originally built in a Neo-Spanish Mediterranean style. We added on 1,050 square feet, creating an addition including 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms to accommodate this multi-generational family of eight. The addition is connected to the existing home with a hallway that creates a courtyard area to preserve outdoor space on this wide lot. The project includes an archway design detail for doorways and windows that mimic existing archways seen throughout the home. Additional details help enhance the original style of the home including saltillo star and cross  tile, lots of glass for natural light and mission style light fixtures down the hallway.
