PARK HILL INTERIOR RENOVATION

This interior renovation in Denver’s Park Hill neighborhood reimagines a previously expanded home with a focus on light, flow, and modern style. The existing layout—particularly the kitchen and main floor bathroom—lacked functionality and natural light. Our design introduced new windows throughout, a large sliding door to connect the dining area to the backyard deck, and a fully reconfigured kitchen with light oak cabinetry to brighten the space. The new bathroom layout features serene finishes, including exposed aggregate marble floor tile and soft green subway tile walls, blending modern design with a calm, spa-like atmosphere. Updates to the entryway and living room included a redesigned fireplace flanked by new windows and a new front door to create a more welcoming and cohesive first impression.
