It is the perfect neighborhood to build Acceessory Dwelling Unit for long-term or short-term rental opportunities, or as this homeowner did, an on-site office space. This ADU is a 530 SF 1-bedroom apartment atop a 2-car garage. The primary residence on the property had been renovated in the last few years, so Cult Creative incorporated the style and architectural finishes from the primary residence for the design of the ADU.
